Roles & Responsibilities: • Liaising with vendors, contractors, staff, hotels, corporate on PAN India locations. • Travel management, Vendor Management and Claim settlement for the entire travel requirement of the company i.e accommodation, cab, travel allowance etc. • Responsible for housekeeping activities in the organization and verifying the job of housekeeping staff, security guards and canteen etc. • Handling corporate image building measures, official papers and rent deeds and also managing annual maintenance contract of PAN india assets - AC, Printer, stationary, ups, laptop, IM etc. • Ensure maintain good relationship between all different department for executing the maintenance of all equipment’s in the organization and enhancing the overall efficiency. • Maintain cash books, generate vouchers and validating the bills etc.

Roles & Responsibilities: • Coordinating operational activities and customize the itinerary, routing and travel management. • Handle walk in Clients, referrals & meeting over the call and our services cater to them as per the requirement. • Responsible for handling online & offline vendors like GTA, Travel boutique, Travelbullz etc. as well as the offline vendors. • Prepare presentation, MIS Report, claim fulfillment and notes

Roles & Responsibilities:• Liaising with the agents and sell our products and service. • Increasing companies profitability and transactions by providing travel leads to client as per the requirements. • Help them with cancellations and amendments in case required . • Make sure the client is happy with the services and overall experience thus increasing in NPS of the company . • Maintain business development and customer relationships and Should be able to work in a sales team environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:• Giving First call resolution by Identify, generate, propose and close sale opportunities over the phone.• Taking inbound calls for Domestic hotels and holiday packages and helping the client with their queries related to hotel booking and tours etc.• Maintaining the Quality score by giving timely resolution to the clients.• Keep records of customer interaction & file the customer interaction in CRM notes.• Accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tool.
