My core competency is in understanding our global customer’s needs and act as an advisor by mapping their global to regional work requirements, devising unique success plans to enhance their work efficiency. I devise strategies, capabilities, and ecosystems for our valued customers having Global design centers [GDC/ GEC] to identify and bridge the gaps between outcomes, human potential, process, and technology for a world-class experience. I have had 20+ years of experience with the perfect blend of core Engineering and digital technology, initially as a Site Engineer role to Application Engineering, Technical Manager, and now Enterprise Customer success manager. My passion is within Customer Success, I join hands with our customers on their journey and through my proactive approach, I drive them to meet their outcomes and objectives.Digital technology is changing infrastructure.
