Personal Banker (VISHESH)Responsibility as PB Sales1. Ensure sales targets assigned by the BM/PBA from time to time are achieved Ensure all eligible asset leads are routed through DAP.2. Booking of FD / RD Online Generate sales leads for the branch Providing Demos to customers on payment using Pay Zapp, WhatsApp Banking and Mobile App etc.3. Acknowledging Customers through variants of Saving/Current account.4. Booking MAMC account prior to every month.5. Cross selling of product eg- LI, Mutual fund and demat account etc.Personal Banker (Welcome Desk)Responsibility as PBWD (Operations)1. Custodian of Deliverables at branch, Welcome Kit, Cheque Book, ATM/Debit cards, Tatkal Kit.2. EOD Stock tally of Physical deliverables held at branch vis-vis stock tally report (DMS).3. Destruction of deliverables which have exceeded their retention period.4. Ensuring LTR & Welcome calling Review report in place on daily basis.Responsibility as Teller1. Serves customers by completing account transactions.2. Handles Customer RTGS, Neft, Fund Transfer and passbook printing request3. Provides account services to customers by receiving deposits and loan payments, cashing checks, issuing savings withdrawals.4. Maintains supply of cash and currency and turns in excess cash and mutilated currency to head teller.

1. Quality acquisition of Current Account & Saving Account for Resident / Non-resident Indian by going out into the market & catchment area.2. Ensure quality sourcing of new customer to sell different banking product like Demat Account,Life Insurance, Credit Card etc.3. Penetration of Fixed Deposit to existing & new customers.4. Generate leads of customer through referral, meeting branch walk-ins customer, associates, e-mailing,direct mailing, ATMs & cold calls in the catchment area.5. Meeting productivity norms as defined through support of channels & own efforts.

1. Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns using all the tools available.2. Perform informal and formal needs assessments for each customer to recommend appropriate goods and services.3. De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.4. Support the organization to achieve full compliance with corporate sustainability standards and focused on quality.
