I was building a world-class non-tech teams for Jaro Education, the company in the online education space. We’re transforming the way of online education in India, so I was spending my days finding, recruiting and building the best non-tech teams who can help, realize this mission. For this mission I was taking help from my team members, on the other hand maintaining their performance graph in a good shape was also my responsibility.

I worked here as a Recruitment Trainee, started my first day of training by understanding the importance of Documentation (before starting the joining procedure of new employees). I'd learned sourcing of candidate through job sites and by taking references from the employees, line up the candidate by doing extensive cold calling. Visited at various branches of ICICI Bank to co-ordinate the recruitment drive which was organised by I-Process. Helping candidates especially for non-tech profiles in their end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. Co-ordinated with HR-Operation team to generate Offer Letter of selected & verified candidates. Hand-on experience on MIS, HRMS, VSTS(Vendor Staff Tracking System), mapping and screening of CV's. Achievement- 1. Has record of 137 line-ups for recruitment drive for sales executive profile.2. Succefully organised many walk-in drives across Delhi-NCR.
