The role included monthly MI reporting for GB&M (revenues, cost, B/S and RWAs by products and segments), preparation of Executive Management Report deck providing details on monthly business performance, and managing the planning process feeding into Group Annual Operating Plan (involved coordination with various business teams, Group counterparts, local teams).

Leading the planning process for the bank, involving Annual Operating Plan, Quarterly Latest Estimates, encompassing consolidation, review and challenge of Global Businesses financials, YoY growth analysis using walks/bridge and preparation of Executive deck/slides. Included overall coordination of the process involving multiple teams having interdependencies and feeding into overall business plan, with inputs from ALCM over Liquidity impact, Risk for LICs, Regulatory team for RWAs, Cost team for support function costs including Global business allocations and HR for FTE.The job also involved preparing various Executive Committee (EXCO) decks for Executive review and strategic decisioning, including co-ordination and preparation of Medium Term Outlooks (MTO) and assisting Strategy with financials for Country Strategic Plan (CSP). Excellent handling of Group reporting and communications.
