Responsibilities:• Providing support to the recruitment team via full candidate management; Includes complete candidate management cycle – Candidate Identification, Sourcing & Acquisition, Qualification, Interview Management, Offer Management, On Boarding and Post Placement Support.• Lead Generation, references, building a database, market mapping, and referrals.• Customer Relationship Management.• Headhunting via LinkedIn, board lines & referrals.• Liaising with stakeholders and senior business managers.• Building client relationships and overseeing Business Development.
