Trouble shooting of interlocks in Blowers, Furnace, Pumps, compressor and Plant logics.•Experience in loop checking, troubleshooting and maintenance of all type of field instruments. Knowledge in wiring diagrams and relay logic and Hook up diagrams. Exposure to Distributed Control System, PLC. Calibration of Level, Flow, Temperature, and pressure Transmitters. Servicing of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders (Festo, and Rexroth cylinders).•TroubleShooting of Control Network and plant network of ABB DCS installed.•Familiar with communication between I/O panels, controllers & Servers using various protocols like profibus, HART protocols, Ethernet TCP/IP.•Hands-On Experience on DCS or PLC Based closed loop control system Develop I/O Assignment well conversant with instrumentation standards; P&Id Reading Independently conducts FAT for DCS system to Develop HMI Graphics and Interface with DCS / PLC.•I am also efficient to work in SAP environment. In SAP I am doing creation of Purchase Requisition, Goods Receipt against the Purchase Order etc.
