 Set up the site Project Management Plan, with stage wise schedules, milestones, deliverables and timelines as per schedule management plan.  Prepare cash flow, Productivity rates for workers and equipment and KPIs for all activities. Prepare cost breakdown and cost analysis for budgeting and cost control Prepare monthly progress reports showing planning and costing analysis. Work with execution team and quantity surveyors for daily production plan and daily cost monitoring. Perform statistical analysis to identify schedule variances of project status against schedule baseline using EVMs and calculate Schedule Performance Index (SPI) Prepare forecasts resulting from significant deviations from scheduled baselines. Identify project schedule risks and implement risk management approaches as decided by Project Control Manager, Project Manager and client. Interface with consultants, project team members and client for issues related to planning and scheduling activities. Coordinate with Project Manager, Project Control Manager for resolution of project control issues on site.  Coordinate with contracts department on issues and strategies related to variations and disputed claims.  Advise clients on schedule variances and potential project risks and suggest and get approvals on remedial actions. Calculate and analyze Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and To-complete Performance Index (TCPI) Prepare and analyze schedule variance reports and coordinate with Project Control Manager for appropriate corrective and preventive action.  Prepare project progress reports for client as required.  Write Claims for time extension, supported by clauses from the FIDIC conditions of Contract and the revised program and cash flow. Write letters to consultants supported by clauses from the condition of contracts, in addition to RFIs. Maintain awareness of industry trends, methodologies, tools and best practices in project planning and control
