• Handling Recruitment.• End to end recruitment life cycle management, consulting head-hunting.• Short listing resumes and providing the best resources within the stipulated time.• Interviewing & pre-screening the candidates to make sure right talent is hired.• Facilitating candidate interviews.• Negotiating compensation packages, reference checking and handholding the candidates till joining.• Pre- joining personal follow up with the selected candidates.• Coordinating with thse candidates who have been offered and helping them to join the organization.• Maintaining a strong Database on various profiles.• Conducting welkins and mega drives for Mass hiring.
