• Lead, develop and provided direction to a team of 8 recruiters to deliver Staffing function for HAIL for PAN India offices, sourcing best talent from diverse sources• Hands on recruiter for Key & Leadership hiring- Chief Financial Officer, Director- Finance, Project Managers, Head- Estimation• Benchmark & adapt the recruitment best practices across the global staffing teams & influence effective decision making on recruitment related issues • Manage relations with internal customers, partnering with them in workforce planning and execution of the Recruitment process• Drive definition and implementation of various Recruiting processes like –Sourcing strategy, vendor management, candidate management processes, refinement of evaluation criteria, service level metrics, cycle time metrics, new hire experience, cost per hire, knowledge sharing of available talent pool in the market, trends and current pipeline• Maintaining sourcing mix at optimum level• Lead, develop and provided direction to a team of 8 recruiters • Collaborate with business leaders to meet hiring needs and ensuring criticality is addressed on priority•Policy reviews, implementing and educating stakeholders on new policies
