Responsible for handling the complete recruitment cycle for IT and Engineering staffing.• Understanding the requirements and sourcing/screening candidates through various resources like LinkedIn Talent Solutions, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and internal database (Job Diva).• Explaining to candidates about the job description, pay range, and benefits plan.• Participating in salary negotiation.• Scheduling the interview for candidates once I get the interview request from the client.• Ensure the candidate is available and ready to take up the position.• Maintaining daily report which consists of candidates whom I have sourced, and submitted and candidates who are in the pipeline, to follow up tomorrow.
