Senior Manager
Current- To prioritize customer needs by understanding business benefits, analyzing risks/dependencies, and establishing and maintaining strong relations with internal and external stakeholders.
- To manage service delivery schedule with high performance levels and parallelly implementing improvements and enhancements.
- To drive automation initiatives to achieve better productivity and efficiency
- People Management – To manage reporting, performance reviews, engagement, and career development for 25+ team members including Engineers (L1/L2) and Project Managers/Scrum Masters
- Agile Delivery – Drive implementation and maintenance of ETL/data pipelines using Agile methodology through scrum ceremonies and metrics using agile tools
- To manage deployment, migration, and management of data engineering technologies like BigData, Informatica, ETL, Azure Cloud with a good understanding of DevSecOps
