For 17 years I have been associated with the BPO industry across banking processes, credit, collections (retail & commercial), customer service, technical help desk services, and , 5 years in sales and customer service with leading hotel and travel industries. Ltd.) since November 2013 in Noida, India heading the Retail Credit Services operations and the After Sales Team.
