Rols and Responsibilities - - Retail Agri credit sourcing : Need based analysis of proposal and funding the projects as per requirements for projects with small to large ticket size and to execute them with minimum error.- Retail Agri credit and assessment: Assessment of crucial proposal as per bank policy in order to develop a healthy portfolio.- Vendor management: To facilitate and maintain vendor relationship with bank while proposal assessment.- Risk assessment: To identify and analyze various types of risk like financial risk, operational etc. while assessment of proposal & to identify proper risk mitigant.- Team management: To manage entire Relations with all branches of Nagpur cluster.

Project Title -Implementation and evaluation of marketing programme to study the impact of brand awareness of Fatmix herbicide and impact of consumer scheme on increasing the sale.Study of customer behavior on promotional activity of fastmix product in Ratiya region of Haryana  Organized Guest Lectures and Leadership talks of various in VAMNICOM for the students.  Focused on maintaining and developing Corporate relations between campus & alumni of our institute.  Working with team to achieve 100% placement for the current batch. To study the value chain of milk from farmer to customer, also to study the standard operating procedures of various milk products.  To study different types of Greenhouse structure and their design Represented University at Univercity Level Sports in Volleyball in the year 2014. Was a part of NSS camp in the year 2015, held at Makhmalabad, NashikINTERNSHIPSINOCHEM INDIA COMPANY PVT. LTD, Ratiya, Haryana. (Apr 2019 – May 2019) Study of supply chain of grapes from farmers to importer.- Objectives- - To study of value chain of various commodities like banana, papaya, etc- To develop customer awareness about fastmix product by direct farmer meetings, Public gatherings in Ratiya region of Haryana state.
