Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and forecasts. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, standards, and guidelines. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audits and resolve any identified issues. Develop and implement effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and maintain financial accuracy. Monitor changes in financial regulations and proactively adapt company policies and procedures as needed. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial data and insights for reporting purposes. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the finance department. Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management regarding financial performance and compliance matters.

-Coordinate with the finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.-Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule.-Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.-Support month-end and year-end close processes.-Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.-Make sure all daily transactions are correctly reflected in the trial balance.-Perform monthly GL reconciliations / perform inter-co reconciliations.-Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management.-Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review.-Liaise with accountants from related parties and perform inter-co reconciliations.-Processes payments, invoices, and vouchers in accordance with standard policies & guidelines; checking for completeness and obvious errors.
