Here successfully handled project planning, conceptualized and prepared development plan for two financial years 2013-14 & 2014-15 by Conceptualizing and preparing development plan Annually/Monthly /Weekly Action Plan by taking into account subordinate team. During this tenure mobilized around 900 SHG & 80 secondary level federations The major responsibility were steering all project intervention (Institution and capacity building, Microfinance, Social Development and livelihood ) at block level. Mentoring Block Level Federations (Village Organisations, SHGs). Mentoring, monitoring, review & appraisal of Staff and Community cadre . Liaison with functionaries viz. Government departments, financial institutions and civil society organizations. Look after administration and human resource of the office & reporting and monitoring of block level project activities..
