We are a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE).Responsibilities:- Responsible for sourcing talented candidates according to the job description of the client through internal databases, job portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Linkedin. -Screening the profiles, short listing candidates, coordinating interviews and ensuring that resource needs for various projects are met within stipulated timeframe.-Working on Implementation Partner like TCS.-Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches).-Working on Applicant Tracking System (ATS) like JobDiva.-Conducting preliminary interview with the consultants to check their expertise on various skill sets and qualify the consultant for the appropriate requirement. -Constant follow-up with Accounts Manager for the feedback. -Short listing the candidates as per the requirements of various parameters like education,experience, technical skills,communication skills, compensation, etc. through initial round of telephonic discussion.-Maintain of records on candidates, submissions, interviews, placements and other Candidates’ remarks on an internal database.-Negotiating the rate/salary with Consultant. -Getting rate/salary confirmation from consultant. -Submitting resume to accounts manager. -Taking feedback after submitting to client. -Handling calls related to any requirement and solving the consultants queries. -Scheduling the interview timings for the consultants. -Collecting feedback of the interview and updating the consultant.

-Heavy exposure with state / federal and commercial clients.-Handled requirements of various experience level.-Heavy exposure in US Recruitment (H1B, OPT,GC,US Citizen etc.)-Extensive experience on working with US govt. agencies/State/ Federal/ Commercial Clients.-Experience in all phases of recruiting – Sourcing, Screening, Rate Negotiation, Closing etc.-Search for requirements in various websites like Dice, Monster & Linkedin.-Good knowledge and experience of working on contract and Permanent positions for(US Recruitment) with W2,C2C, EAD, GC’s and US Citizens.-Sorcing of candidates from job portals like Monster, Dice,CareerBuilder, LinkedIn.

-Handled the academics of the organization.-Responsible for the management of the school.-Responsible for the verification of accounts of the school.-Interaction with parents and provided full satisfaction to themregarding the environment of the school.-Lead the team of 25 teaching & non-teaching staffs.-Regular guidance to students with techniques & ideas of easy andfruitful learning.-Handled the team smoothly.-Started the campaign to provide free education to poor students.
