Helping them plan and understand the best ways to utilize their software or products based on the customer’s business needs or business plans.- Initiating quality driven projects to ensure value addition and best practices is shared across operations vertical.- Participate and oversee proof of concepts and pilots for system solutions and/or other activities to support validation through the project life-cycle.- Work cross functionally across geographies.
