Coding of newly opened accounts with the necessary information provided by clients from trust documents.Transfer of client’s portfolio to External Institutions and TBA.Handling quick closure of accounts.Smooth account transfer and closing of accounts in the case of account transition to different financial institution. Monitoring cash (Federal Wires, International Swift transfers) and non-cash asset transfer management. Regular reporting to account administrators, portfolio managers and financial institutions, to assist them for an error free client off boarding/account transition.
