Analytical test (Chemical & Microbial) of water. # Microbiological tests of water (i.e., tests for E.Coli, Air Microbiological Counts, Pseudomonas, Coli form bacteria, and Yeast & Moulds).in pour plate, Membrane filtration technique, broth culture,innoculation,stab culture, mortality test,sticking,gram staining etc. # Raw Material Checking & FIFO maintain. # Packaging Materials quality checking # Have knowledge about B.I.S. rules & regulations. # Have knowledge about TCCQMS (The Coca-Cola Quality Management Systems) # Have knowledge about Environmental & Safety system (Local regulations & Coca-Cola regulations). # Have knowledge about GMP, GHP, HACCP & ISO 9001 # Have knowledge about Reverse Osmosis Operating System # Calibration of pH Meter, Turbidity Meter, Conductivity Meter & R.T.D of B.O.D. incubators and also weighing machines like Metlar-Toledo. # Validation of process parameters. # Maintain the ISO 9001 Documents. # Maintain the Coca-Cola Documents # Organise the external calibration frequency by the third parties as per frequency

Development work of water based and solvent based Lacquers (Nitrocellulose & CAB based). # Working experience of making PROTEIN BINDERS, AUXILLIARY, RESIN and PIGMENTS & Dye Solutions. Process control of above said all products in modern process plant. # Testing of DC% & Emulsion of different process products & raw materials.
