As a software engineer with experience in both front-end and back-end development, I have a solid foundation in creating responsive user interfaces with React and managing robust server-side logic with Django. While working in the banks under full time, I was assigned task for entering data, writing emails, handling customer queries and fulfilling most of the task requirements by retrieving the data using software.

In short- I am well familiar with the Duties assigned to Customer service department like Customer queries handling, Marketing, Data entry, Clearing, IPS, Remittance, Fixed Deposit opening & other aswell. Likewise, I have deal with the process of Blacklisting, Deceased case & Expenses memo.While working I was mostly involved in Data entry, Customer relationship building up, Major problem handling, managing new tasks and prioritizing them, assisting team, and multitasking etc.
