Rahul is a CA Final candidate. He did his 2 years of practical training in Auditing & Assurance domain, where he handled multiple PSU Internal & Stat audit engagements and ensured timely completion of the work as per the audit plan.He served as an Industrial trainee in Goldman Sachs, where he became a part of the Asset Management division, monitoring the daily P&L, estimate review, fee & interest accrual checks, making adj in PC reporting tool to rectify the P&L, analysing the breaks b/w FO & PC reporting tools & providing the dart commentaries to senior mgmt for significant P&L breaks.Currently working with the Product Control - Valuations team in Mizuho International Plc as a consultant where he is responsible for the independent price verification of financial products like CLOs, Futures, CB Options & Equities. Also he performs the review of desk trading mandates for MHI & MHEU entities and works directly with the Front Office team to report any kind of discrepancies observed in terms of ccy, authorisation. During mid month, he is responsible to conduct the Repo collateral & Agency lending IPV testing at trade level & communicate the results to the relevant desks.
