Current•Currently heading Commercials PMO, involving in Financial Management, Resource Management, implementing & managing PMO process & procedures, setting up standards for project w.r.t all related to Project financials, life cycle, facilitating the portfolio functioning.•Analyse the ODE (Original Deal Economics) and tracking the same with Actuals {ODE Vs Actuals}.•Reporting the financial health of project i.e., EAC (Estimate at Completion) to Leadership or CAL for further decision… Show more •Currently heading Commercials PMO, involving in Financial Management, Resource Management, implementing & managing PMO process & procedures, setting up standards for project w.r.t all related to Project financials, life cycle, facilitating the portfolio functioning.•Analyse the ODE (Original Deal Economics) and tracking the same with Actuals {ODE Vs Actuals}.•Reporting the financial health of project i.e., EAC (Estimate at Completion) to Leadership or CAL for further decision making.•Functioning as a governing body for project management and as a source of guidance & advice for Project Managers.•Financial Management - Planned hours, Actuals, ETC, EAC, overall cost, revenue, budget, and management of financial variance.•Building a centre of excellence for project management and providing guidance and coaching to novice project managers or new project managers who need to understand how the organisation runs projects•Implementing a project portfolio management approach (PPM); capturing project requests and ensuring each request has sufficient information to assess the project; keeping an up-to-date repository of projects underway and requests pending review.•Fostering collaborative and mutually supportive relationships with project leaders and senior stakeholders, assess cross-functional project team capability, provide coaching, training, and support to enhance the Agency's project/program management capability, and improve collaborative development and project results.•Managing interdependencies and coordination across projects to ensure that information relating to project deliverables, risks and issues are effectively communicated between stakeholders and that key performance indicators are monitored and evaluated.•Establishing professional networks and relationships to maintain currency, share ideas and learnings, and collaborate on common responses to project issues Vendors/Service Providers and Consultants.
