Knowledge of IS Standard,Conducting QMS audit, process audit, and product audit as defined intervalAnalysis of RED BIN activity. Analysis of cost of poor qualityTo ensure that machines operation parameter as per process standard . To ensure validation of jigs ,fixture and gauges as per plan.Customer complaint & warranty claim handling.To monitor the corrective action plan for effective implementation against the non-conformity observed during the suppliers process & product audit.
