Job Responsibilities : • Construction Oversight: Successfully accomplished a B+G+5 story residential tower from beginning to delivery core and shell job only. Lead site execution activities, labor planning, material management including overall project activity.• Site Execution: Oversee all building works in accordance with architectural drawings, ensuring timely completion of each task as pre-decided the mile stone.• Technical Drawings: Prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and necessary AutoCAD drawings to support project requirements.• Quality Assurance: Ensure proper execution of earthworks, foundations, and structural elements (columns, beams, slabs, and walls).
