Job Responsibilities:• Technical Supervision of Services: 1. Rainwater harvesting of Capacity 110KLD. 2.FRP Package STP of Capacity 135 KLD. Oversee the execution and maintenance of essential utilities, including water supply and sewerage systems,•Structural Execution: Ensure precise execution of earthworks and foundation activities, while rigorously checking the integrity of columns, beams, slabs, and walls. Monitor shuttering, reinforcement, leveling, staging, and curing processes.• Finishing Works: Oversee finishing tasks, including plastering, Door fixing, MS Railing, Glazing, Plumbing, flooring, Painting and fixture installations, ensuring timely and quality completion.• Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations on-site, conducting safety meetings and training sessions to promote a culture of safety among workers.• Landscape and Hardscape Projects: Implementation of landscaping and hardscape initiatives, including the construction of Pathway, play courts and swimming pools, ensuring aesthetic appeal and functionality.• Work Order Closing: Manage the complete lifecycle of vendor work orders, including amendments, final bill verification, and work order closure, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.• Vendor Management: Facilitate proactively with the respective vendor so the the required will reach as per schedule to meet the project goals.• Regulatory Compliance and Project Completion: Coordinate the preparation of sites for essential regulatory clearances, including Fire NOC, DFO clearance, and Pollution Control Board approvals, ensuring all project milestones for CC from NKDA and Gram Panchayat.Accomplishments : Projects: Successfully completed 2 residential building project.• The Khaki Estate• Utsang

Job Responsibilities : • Construction Oversight: Successfully accomplished a B+G+5 story residential tower from beginning to delivery core and shell job only. Lead site execution activities, labor planning, material management including overall project activity.• Site Execution: Oversee all building works in accordance with architectural drawings, ensuring timely completion of each task as pre-decided the mile stone.• Technical Drawings: Prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and necessary AutoCAD drawings to support project requirements.• Quality Assurance: Ensure proper execution of earthworks, foundations, and structural elements (columns, beams, slabs, and walls).
