Worked as an Process Supervisor for the team (QA role). I monitored all the bookings done by the Middle office. I need to make sure , I am running a delta check , and also need to publish the Global MIS of Contract Comparison and ALDOP reconciliations.Good Knowledge of all the Stockloan products.Understanding of TLM, macros and I have also worked on Excel's which can help in reducing errors and enhance efficiency.Actively worked in re-validating all the KOP's to make sure all the details are captured in it. The reason was to ensure all the external audits are taken care by External Audit team and onshore, to avoid any CCB.Job description:-Contract Comparison / Exposure and Collateral Management/ALDOP reconcilitation-• Performing activities for securities lending and borrowing.• Re-financing or pledging excess inventory to make maximum utilization of shares in depot• Calculating the daily exposures with US domestic market brokers and all global market clients and recall/pledge to maintain effective collateral margin and reducing risk for the firm.• Resolving queries relating to trade economic discrepancies and liaising with traders on case by case basis.• Booking trades on behalf of traders and verifying and capturing the trades in the mid-end system.• Prioritizing High-value trades, Recalls and Record date trades which yield high dividend; liaising with agent for stock positions and accordingly covering the firm’s short positions.• Calculating the collateral according to the T-0 and T+1 day trades, so that treasury should not do same day funding.• Closely working with desk for adjusting and amending the payment according to the new trades and amendment.- Calculating collateral needed for the stock loan trade to maintain the treasury balance's.- To minimize the funding cost for same day by including the t+1 trade.- Dividend payments.
