 Sourcing and Development of new parts which includes development of new supply source on domestic level and international level as well. Purchase & Procurement of various components which includes achievement of cost reduction targets, Analyze market prices & trends. Handling RFQ and ARC to various Vendors for Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Safety, Lubrication, MRO and C class parts in North, West and South regions of India. Development & Sourcing of vendors for cost reduction Evaluation & up gradation of Existing Suppliers Creation of Material code, PO, and Vendor Code as per category designed in SAP. Negotiation with Vendors over Price, Tax, Freight and duties of the material. Calculation of Landed cost of material. Received & verified invoices & material Quantity as per PO given. Extensive use of Internet for searching and developing new suppliers. Coordination with vendor for timely delivery of materials. Coordination with sales for planning, scheduling and dispatching dates Coordination with Warehouse for material Pickup, GRN, Invoice & dispatch. Managing team of 3 members for procurement transactions.
