JOB PROFILE :-Doing a work from 2018 as an Engineer in SKG engineering company(Unipart group),lower link shop(welding) (In production department). RESPONSIBILITY :-Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily bases to produce high quality products.Ensure optimum utilization of men, material & machine.Maintain stock within minimum and maximum level.Organize production in shifts.Develop process improvements effectively to utilize equipment’s and materials to maximize production.Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objective.Established safety and environmental regulation for employees.Investigate problems , analyze root causes and derive resolutionSet daily, weekly, monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.Oversee and coach employees.Check production output according to specification.Submit reports on performance and progress.Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.Material movement to other section and receive.Kaizen’s and 5s implementation every month.Supervise breakdown maintenance & preventive maintenance.Maintain and analysis rework & rejection data on weekly and monthly basis.Submit CAPA against quality concern.SOFTWARE SKILLS:- AutoCADTally/ERP.9 (Enterprise resource planning)MS office (Word , Excel , PPT, MS Outlook)Generate challans & eway bill.(In ERP Software)TECHNICAL SKILLS:- MMM (Muda, Mura, Muri), POKA - YOKE, 5s&Saftey, kaizen, Autonomous maintenance, Manpower handling, Communication skills, Data analysis, Problem solving, leadership skill, Engineering, Q.A control, production planning, preventive maintenance, SMED, Time study.
