I have versatile experience in SME finance,Channel finance and Vendor finance for more than 15 years.Previously I have worked with new entrant banks like HDFC Bank which has just started SME finance in 2005. Ratnakar Bank and Yes Bank were comparatively new entrants in 2011 and wanted to establish themselves in SME market. SME and MSME community were not known to these banks initially. Onboarding of good customers for such banks were herculean task. Again hiring good talent, their trainings and get the performance from these manpower as per the Bank's expectation was tough job. I take the pride of managing such task successfully in the past and overachieved the bank's expectations.
