I managed operations for the eVIN Project across three districts in Rajasthan in collaboration with UNDP. This involved supporting Cold Chain Handlers at District Vaccine Stores and Cold Chain Points to maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper temperature control. I closely monitored vaccine collection, distribution, and returns within 24 hours to maintain adequate stock levels. Additionally, I oversaw vaccine supply logistics to various healthcare facilities and conducted field visits to provide training and support to Cold Chain Handlers. My role included monitoring the eVIN system's implementation, ensuring proper vaccine storage, and verifying the correct sequence of vaccine vial storage in Ice-lined Refrigerators. During my tenure, I worked in four different locations, gaining diverse experience in vaccine management and distribution.

I was involved overseeing the focal center, ensuring proper vaccine storage, maintaining temperature conditions, and confirming the correct sequence of vaccine vial storage in the Ice-lined Refrigerator (ILR). Regular visits to Indra Dhanush session sites were conducted to monitor the immunization system and the usage of vaccine vials. I ensured that healthcare staff correctly labeled vaccine vial steel caps with the date and time of the first opening. My responsibilities also included verifying the operational status of vaccine vials, identifying non-usable vials or logistics issues, and conducting household surveys to collect samples and determine the vaccination status of children in accordance with their age.

As a Supervisor at Tanager International in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, I played a pivotal role in overseeing various aspects related to self-help groups (SHGs) and micro-enterprises, particularly Incense Stick Making. My responsibilities included organizing meetings and training sessions for SHGs to enhance their skills and knowledge. I meticulously supervised the maintenance of all SHG records, ensuring their accuracy and completeness.Furthermore, I provided hands-on training to SHG members in the art of Incense Stick Making, guiding them through the production process. My role also involved coordinating with national-level buyers to facilitate sales and business opportunities for SHGs, contributing to their economic growth.In addition, I managed the machines used in the production of incense sticks, ensuring their smooth operation. Overseeing the payment of labor charges and ensuring timely disbursement was another crucial aspect of my role, ensuring fair compensation for the workers involved.I also handled the distribution of raw materials to SHGs and managed the stock inventory in the Raw Material Bank. This comprehensive oversight ensured the uninterrupted production process. Additionally, I monitored the supply of ready-made incense sticks to meet market demands, ensuring that products were readily available to customers.My tenure as a CHCs Supervisor at Tanager International allowed me to make a tangible impact on the self-help groups and micro-enterprises I worked with, fostering economic development and empowerment within the community.

During my tenure as a Research Associate with Agribusiness Systems International, I undertook significant research initiatives with a lasting impact. One key project involved conducting a Baseline Process of the Agriculture Value Chain in Ghaziabad District, where I meticulously collected data from 500 women farmers in the field. This data formed the basis for comprehensive reports that deepened our understanding of the agricultural landscape, enabling informed interventions and improvements within the value chain.I also played a pivotal role in evaluating the Impact of a Non-Farm Livelihood Activity, specifically Incense Stick Making in Agra District. My responsibilities included surveying 300 women entrepreneurs involved in incense stick production, leading to detailed reports providing valuable insights into the activity's effectiveness. This research supported evidence-based decision-making and ongoing advancements in non-farm livelihood initiatives in Agra.Furthermore, I contributed to a Value Chain Assessment of Mentha Arvensis (mint) in Barabanki District, collecting data from local farmers and conducting rigorous analysis. The resulting reports offered recommendations to authorities, aiding informed decision-making and progress within the Mentha Arvensis sector. Overall, my role at Agribusiness Systems International involved active participation in projects aimed at enhancing agriculture, livelihoods, and value chains, enabling me to make a meaningful impact in diverse districts through data-driven decision-making.
