• To develop new products on doors, windows, sliders & Façade categories.• Concept & design detailing to suit the product environmental performance & functional requirement as per country specifics.• Concept to prototype the products with detail sequential drawings for fabrication, installation & testing with support of AutoCAD/Inventor tools.• Develop tools to easy of fabrication/ jigs/punch tools suitable for the product to improvise the fabrication process.• Initiate extrusions, develop plastic parts, gaskets & moulds, to test the product as per ASTM/EN/NBR/CP standards for air, water & structural performances.• Develop cad blocks/inventor models for estimation tools with Schueco norms.• Train the country specific technical /sales /service teams on products, limitations, capabilities, additional extension possibilities etc.

• Gather and analyse project requirements from client.• Create and execute project work plans, revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.• Assist in developing /maintaining engineering and product standards.• Interface with other departments on project related issues.• Prepare project specifications and technical datasheets.• Identify, analyse and provide risk migration or opportunity enhancement strategy.• Review deliverables to ensure quality is consistent with the client requirement.• Identify potential areas for improvement and lead process improvement efforts.• Assisting in the preparation of 3D/2D AutoCAD drawings for outline and detailed design. • Works within a team to develop project initiation documents to project approval documents.
