Current Currently working as Team Leader and main function involves co-ordination with cross functional teams, proper execution and monitor and control the project. Also working as developer in other product as responsible for design/coding/testing the applications. Need to manage the Production Support whenever needed during UAT & SIT Implementation at client side. So far worked for 4 regulatory reporting products i.e. Hong Kong, Singapore, India and Australia and coordinating for these applications which involved end to end development. It includes managing expectations of approx. 50 customers and important stakeholders. Ensure Quality of the product as per the requested standards and time. Key role in XBRL Taxonomy Implementation for Australia Product. Developed a tool (In VB6.0) for re-engineering the mappings done by the Customers. Involved in Small Projects which will add value for Cross Functional Teams such as QA, Professional Services Also involved in Introductory Training Sessions for New Joinee such introduction of products, get familiar with TFS usage, Standard Practice.
