-Manage the process to restore normal service operation as quickly as possible to minimize the impact to business operations.-Monitoring P1 incidents to ensure that the SLA are respected-Responsible for communicating the status of the P1 incidents with process owner and business Stakeholders.-Point of contact for all Major incidents. -Identify, initiate,schedule and conduct incidents reviews.-Facilitate a crisis bridge line, manage and drive until resolution.-Ensure proper tracking and documentation of the incidents, provide regular updates to all managers in charge.-Identify potential SLA misses and escalate them according to the defined procedures.-Chair and coordinate weekly meetings with technical teams and executives to identify opportunities for improvements and ensuring the success factor for the business requirements.

-Responsible for Creating an extensive network of clients to ensure active engagement as well as Client retention.-Responsible for contributing in the development andenhancement of service process to achieve better customer satisfaction.-Develop client communication strategies to keep clients abreast of industry-related changes and innovation.

-New Client acquisition.-Account Management -Importing sales department leads contacts and other data from sales force.-Preparing reports for sales and other departments.
