Job Summary: Provides technical inputs to production superintendent/manager.Monitoring Critical Product characteristics and process parameters suitably within their defined tolerance limits.Participate in compliance to documented procedures, quality plans and standards and codes, wherever applicable.To participate in troubleshoots, process audits and studies to improve the productivity of the plants.Analysis of production and consumption data and compilation of reports to management.Participate in implementation of safety policy and procedures.Participate in production and maintenance planning. Participate in co-ordination of maintenance.

Process Engineering and Technical Support for Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities of PBT plant. Review of Equipment Process datasheets, Control Narratives, Interlock descriptions, Cause and Effect diagram, Set point list, SOP review, Functional tests, Vessel Inspection, etc.

Shift Incharge of Polyporpylene plant with opportunity to participate in DCS-PLC upgradation( Centum V to Centum 3000), High load and new grade trials. Flare adequacy study for higher plant throughput, Alarm Rationalization. Editor of Plant newsletter.Plant SOP team leader and Member of SOP and Safety Subcomittee

*Worked on Yokogawa Centum V*Daily troubleshooting activities, report preparation. *Member of SOP and Safety observation Subcomittee of RIL,NMD.
