As the fastest-growing public electric utility in the province, Elexicon is at the forefront of an electrifying industry, driving towards Canada's commitment to achieving net-zero emissions by 2050.Job Responsibilities:- Support departmental objectives by tracking the progress and spending on Elexicon’s capital construction projects. This involves regular interaction with engineering technicians, construction supervisors, and managers, updating tracking tools such as spreadsheets and databases, and providing regular status reports at progress meetings.- Track and report on the progress of departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and participate in the development of new KPIs.- Assist in the development of future annual capital project plans, known as the Execution Work Program (EWP).- Contribute to the continuous evaluation and improvement of departmental operations, including process mapping using tools like MS Visio.- Learn and apply the concepts of good project management and reporting.Perform other duties as assigned.
