Duties:• Termination of Authorized and Global Business Licensed Companies under the Mauritian Companies Act 2001.• Appointment and Resignation of Directors and Company Secretary.• Ensuring compliance with the regulatory bodies.• Performing due diligence on clients.• Statutory fillings with the regulators (Registrar of Companies, Financial Services Commission & Mauritius Revenue Authority)• Restoration of struck-off Company under the Mauritian Companies Act 2001.• Filling of Financial Statement.• Distribution of Dividend.• Transfer of Shares (Resolutions, KYC, Filling to authorities)• Distribution of loan to trust beneficiaries• Publication of Notices on Government Gazette and local newspapers• Preparing and issuing notice of meetings to shareholders and directors.

Duties:• Analysis of handwritten and printed documents for processing.• Processing documents for delivery under tight deadline.• Retrieving data, updating data from databases.Additional roles:• Quality Assurance of new trainee works• Calculating team performance metrics
