Designated as a GPM in the Payment Product team, I lead strategic projects for the Tata Neu app which is focused on aggregating diversified offerings across e-commerce, travel, health-tech, payments and financial services businesses within the group into a single super-app tied together by a unique loyalty program (50Mn+ members).I’m responsible for developing the alliance strategy between aggregators and internal brands, GMV and revenue growth, enhancing payment success rates, optimizing MDR cost, managing regulatory compliances and driving process automations.I have worked on designing the industry-disruptive ‘pay-later’ solution for hotels, setting up dedicated terminals with each merchant, routing transactions optimally to acquirers, institutionalizing the analytics framework of Bill Payments and Tata Pay checkout and customer experience enhancement through chatbot automation and UDIR implementation as per NPCI regulations.
