Central Quality Control Laboratory (CQCL-Technical Centre)1) As a being part of Sensory panellist in CQCL, to be responsible for sensory evaluation of all wet goods samples received from throughout ABD PAN India units.2) To carry out thorough analysis of wet goods (like Water, ENA, CAB, Special spirits, Caramel & Flavours) & dry goods samples (like OSC, MC, Bottles, Caps, Labels etc.) as per SOP & report to respective unit blenders, unit heads & regional quality heads for further necessary actions if any.3) To assure all SOP’s for improvement in quality of the product in its various stages of manufacturing.4) Inspection, analysis and improvement of NPD & new vendor development for wet good and dry good materials.5) To carry out FGW audit, Market assessment audit for self & competitor as per defined frequency.6) To carry out Internal audit of food safety system, plant hygiene, safety, quality systems.7) To verify & implement PM mandatories as per LMR & FSSAI guideline.8) To handle complaint management system & report to PAN India quality & systems head.9) Salient knowledge of doing Production & Quality & it’s relevant Purchase order entries, in SAP software.

Working in Blending and Quality Department1) To Manage day-to-day DM Plant operations, blending activities & blend preparation as per SOP & production planning to meet the production targets.2) As a being part of Sensory panellist, to be responsible for sensory evaluation of all wet goods as per SOP.3) Liaising with: o Excise and coordinating with the HO for procurement of raw material required for blending (GNS & CAB & Flavours) o Vendors, Suppliers & Service Personnel to avoid stoppage of production.4) Quality checks of IMFL finished goods products, raw material like DM water, GNS, CAB and Caramel & Flavours along with packaging material like OSC, MC, Bottles, Caps, Labels etc. as per SOP & against reference.5) Coordinating and communicating with the suppliers & concerned personnel about non-confirming material and action required Ensure finished product quality. 6) Directing, leading and motivating workforce, identifying training needs and providing continuous on job training accomplishing greater operational effectiveness & efficiency. 7) To carry out internal audit for food safety system, plant hygiene, safety, quality systems, housekeeping & pest control.8) To prepare monthly production & QC reports. 9) To Calibrate & organize AMC for all Instruments, equipment & tanks as per SOP and defined frequency and collaborating with the service provider for the related activities.10) To Monitor consumables stock & requirements and coordinating with the concerned person for availability of the same as per plan. 11) Salient knowledge of doing Production & Quality entries, in SAP software.
