- Ensuring supportive, robust, effective, and progressive quality processes and systems- Critically evaluate and review the school (RDSBL) performance and quality KPIs- Carryout audits in relation to KPIs including MDEPS, CMPS, module analytics, feedbacks etc- Support in effectively managing quality processes that endure continuous improvement- Support and direct staff in understanding and managing effectively in delivering quality processes and systems- Making strategic communication and liaising with key stakeholders

- Provide advice and guidance to MBA students on a wide range of issues - Actively aid and support students during the transition into University life. - Help deliver a range of Welcome Week events to welcome MBA students to UEL.- Identify when a student may be experiencing difficulties and develop a plan of support with the guidance of Student Support Staff and the MBA management team.- Assist in the running of the Student Mentor Scheme Office, whilst maintaining database and records.- Deliver awareness-raising events and activities- Contribute to the development of Student Mentor Scheme in numerous verticals.

Being a Student Ambassador, I offer support, encouragement, and advice to prospective students from 100+ nationalities around the globe who are planning to apply for studies at the University of East London. The role is varied and involves administrative tasks, supporting and supervising young students, active involvement in smooth and effective conduction of events.Responsibilities Undertaken:− Act as a positive role model for ​UEL and Higher Education.−​ Provide support to prospective students during open days and taster days.​− Use of online mentoring portals to respond to queries​ of prospective students.− Lead events and activities for the University of East London.​​− Undertake all work in line with ​UEL policies, procedures and regulations and ensure atall times the promotion of equality of opportunity and non-discrimination in accordance with​UEL's Equal Opportunities policies.
