Broker Price Opinion.• Coordinating with the clients and agents.• Provide Fair market value of the subject to the bank.• Secondary review for the OJT reviewers.• Track of Further Investigations of the properties.• Complete review within the assigned timeline3. Handling Client Escalations.• Conducting and attending client conference calls with the entire team. • Maintaining and recording the data of the escalations.• Sharing the RCA and POA, Sharing it with the team and managers.4. Training and Feedbacks.• Provide training to the new project members.• Weekly tests.• Sharing feedbacks on the errors and new implementations.• Maintaining user performance records as per company and project requirements.• Counseling new members.5. Billing and Reports.• Preparing Monthly project Billing reports.• Sending billing data to account department, clients and other departments.
