Assistant Manager - Sales Administration
CurrentPresently, I'm working with M/s. Cera Sanitaryware Limited, Ahmedabad as an Assistant Manager (Sales Administration) since July 2012~ Looking after sales orders planning & execution of multiple Region / States.~ Regular co-ordination and follow up with logistic, factory and sales teams for dispatches.~ To prepare Orders/Obd from the orders placed by the respective branches sale person subject to the order approval /clearance from the accounts department and download order data from SAP system~ Bifurcation of products in the Bathware, Sanitaryware and faucet CP division and prepare load file.~ Product allocation of the order based on the product and vehicle availability, size of the vehicle, area, boxes, and volume.~ Coordination to sales team for necessary addition/ deletion of the product after finalizing truck size and to inform addition / deletion to factory.~ Preparation of Monthly/Weekly/Quarterly dispatch / Sales Report.~ Comparative analysis of Order Flow, Material Requirement and Executed Order.~ Coordination with Production & Purchase Department for Unavailability of Product.
