• Ensuring timely accounting of day to day transition – Like Accounts Payable invoice, Vendor Payment, Collection from Clients. Controlling of Imprest expenses  Bank reconciliation statement & reconciliation of accounts Issuance of Debit Notes to vendors as per the Client Agreements / Circulars.  Invoicing / Billing to Distributors or dealers• Monitoring over receivable (Debtors o/s)• Follow up with the clients / customers as the case may be for payment on the due date• Verification of fixed assets register and physical stock on monthly basis• Assist and coordinate with the internal audit team and providing all inputs that may be required for the same. Balance confirmation from customer on quarterly basis. • Release of Payment of CFA’s Commission and control expenses provision • Providing Vendor ledger for reconciliation to Vendors and solving any queries / clarifications• Monthly MIS, P&L report, Variance report and Budgeting. • Verification of Tour & Travel bill of Sales Team and reimbursed them • Maintenance of inventory (stock report), Petty cash handling.• Processing all bills of Vendor and arrange to issuing payments to vendors etc.• Handling GST reconciliation with customer/ vendors.
