P.Project: - Limestone & Gypsum Handling System for Flue Gas Desulphurization System.• NTPC- BHEL National Capital Power Station, 2x490 MW Power Plant, Dadri.Project: -Pulverized Lime Handling System for Flue Gas Desulphurization system.

Korus Engineering Solutions Pvt.Ltd.- Project and Mechanical Design Engg.( RMHS)Detail Design and Consultancy for procurement of various equipments for raw material handling system and product handling system like belt conveyors,travelling tripper,stacker cum-reclaimer,wagon tippler,vibro-feeder..etcBasic engineering including preparation of schematic material flow diagram & Technological Plant Layout for RMHS including layout of Raw Material Storage Yard with Wagon Tippler and Stacker/ Reclaimer.System design of RMHS includes designing of conveyor system,checking of Mechanical and Structural G.A Drawings.Calculation for sizing of stock pile for the RMHS Yard for various raw materials.Selecting mechanical equipment as per design calculations & decide its capacity and technical aspects.Belt conveyor drive and belt tension calculation,pulley shaft dia calculation,idler selection,gear box selection.Preparation of Technical Specification for Belt Conveyor & related equipments. This includes the following:Belt Conveyors, travelling tripper & other related equipment.Stacker-cum-Reclaimer.Design and Engineering for preparation & issue of assignments to Civil/Structural Sections for design of Junction Houses, Conveyor Galleries, BF Stock House & Buildings etc.Design and Engineering for preparation & issue of assignments for power supply system for Electrical System.To make comparative statement of offers of different bidders, technical discussion with the bidders and making technical appraisal & recommendation.Preparation of Schedules for Pulleys, Idlers, Motors, Gearbox, Couplings, Belt, etc.Checking and approval of General Arrangement Drawings submitted by tenderers.
