- 16+ years of experience in Lean & Six Sigma implementation, training & consulting- Had opportunities to work with reputed manufacturing companies like Schneider Electric & Philips Lighting, TUV SUD south Aisa & Vestas Wind Technology- Responsible to develop SW tools at early stage followed by implementation where expecting smooth process flow & CT reduction- Conduct VSM workshop to improve throughput, reduce takt, identify wastages from value stream & effective manpower utilization- Conduct Lean assessment globally & follow up on action plan to match desire level of plan- Material & Process flow validation at manufacturing sites together with a proposal of necessary changes- Responsible for flawless launch at receiving factory - RCS/JC implementation, Time study, line balancing etc.- Develop TDR plan for receiving factory with the buddy system- Develop plant & 5s layout, material & flow planning, waste management- Initiate KAIZEN workshop to identify waste from value stream- Leading, Motivating & Influencing project teams to give them leadership ability to implement Six Sigma vision, monitoring & reviewing projects.- Driving Lean excellence program in all units globally- Implementation of TPM, monitoring results & mentoring Team Leaders_ Conducting Hoshin-Kanri workshop for strategic planning & goals and to put into action
