• Conduct line studies to identify opportunities to reduce LIP at different stages of manufacturing & analyse the product rejection issues & initiate corrective actions• Plan & Execute Continuous improvement projects to reduce overhead & increase margin simultaneously provide capital planning support • Highlight the abnormal losses & opportunity to for savings ,to the management on daily basis• Tracking ,Analysing & providing all the necessary information to set standards for budget preparation of LIP ,BOM & Overheads whilst follow up in any change in FPA & FPKA to balance the formula variance & LIP it's on time update in SAP• Monitor closely the OEE of all the filling lines identifying opportunities & initiate actions to minimize the Loss in process & overhead cost• Represent manufacturing for the financial performance review on weekly basis • Liaison with TRD ,SAP, Finance & Marketing for highlighting the issue on formula variance, Loss in Process (LIP)& upcoming SKU alerts from marketing to actively implicate in SAP for BOM Updates

• Execute and monitor all process related tasks, predominately using the automatic operating system, in a timely, efficient and effective manner to meet Product • Specifications reporting all process deviations and non conformance immediately to Team Leader / Team Manager• Conduct CIP and sterilisation on all required process equipment, lines and tanks in an efficient and effective manner. • Complete all documentation and filing accurately ensuring non conformance and maintenance request forms is communicated immediately to Team Manager / LPO• Minimise process related costs, predominately milk and ingredients by monitoring and suggesting improvements.• Operating all kinds of equipment in processing dept such as Pasteurizer, TPM Mixer, Separators, Evaporator, ultra filtration & other sensitive equipment in the department • Investigative & Project work related to complex issues. • Preparing batch recipe in pasteurizer & entering batch size of the product and, product code &Selecting destination & source of pasteurizer before production.
