- Manage the inventory system of the outlets, place ordered to restock the merchandise while managing the outflow and inflow of the inventory by recording the day-to-day transactions. - Analyse consumption patterns & define Reorder level, buffer stock, MOQ & set it for various items- Ensuring cost effective logistics for inward & outward material- Daily briefing to the staffs comparing the previous day sale & last month sale and the current store promotion and assigning the jobs for the associates and ensure that sale is met.- Projecting weekly Promotion and Implementing display plans- Minimizing known loss, Unknown loss, Damage Expiry & Stock loss.- Availability of all items with proper Signage and well presented display- Providing all reports based on the Management request.

• Developing local vendors, negotiations, bench marking, for raw material and consumable.• Timely clearance of payments & handling vendor inquiries.• Material verification & issue from store as per the daily production plan.• Planning & budgeting of purchase functions, involving cost estimation, contract negotiations.• Prepare the, PO, GRN, STN and material issue as per BOM & production schedule to shop floor, Received FG product from Production. • Inspection of Inward Material & make sure that the material received is in proper requirement & proper condition.• Handle FIFO & LIFO, BSR operation, loading activity, shifting and staging FG & Raw material.• Adept at maintaining the stock of material by conducting stock verification of receipts and issues; exceptional record of reducing costs and increasing availability by successful standardization of the processes.• Make Invoices of all FG dispatches through ERP & Microsoft AX2009 in live database.• Liaisoning with nodal Govt. agencies, Transporter and local vendors.• Follow-up and obtaining of Road permit used for dispatches where it required is and maintain sufficient stock of state wise road permits at factory for ensure delivery in time.• Effective leader with strong negotiations and analytical skills; diligent in effectuating compliance to various systems and policies as suggested by the management.• Ensure that the Products dispatched to various clients are receiving them in Good & proper condition.• Responsible for freight & route optimization, and help to HO for transports contract finalizations.•Proficient at devising efficient logistics and planning to ensure delivery of the goods / shipments as per committed timelines, cost and SLA’s defined by the organization.• Keeping statutory records e.g. Sales Tax, Excise, RG-1, RG-23 Part I & II, Form 4 Register, Annexure II & VI for job work, ER-1 Return, CENVAT records etc.• Responsible for external & internal audits.
