Thank You for Visiting My Profile:)Ever since I was a little kid, innovation & development has been my passion. Throughout middle and high school, I latched on to any ideas for projects I could get, moving from “Security of farms” to “power generation through speed breakers” with other projects in between. I learned machine drawing, electrical & electronics technology, carpentry, then design, and tearing through any books I could find on anything remotely related to technology and development.This passion carried me through my education at the Govt Polytechnic, Arvi than I ever could have imagined. I studied a new language, communication, design, engineering mathematics, and the core of mechanical engineering, all with pretty much the same fascination that drove me as a kid. I have never imagined how these technologies will create an impact on social development in society. In line with this, I worked with a government hospital by presenting my project on “Solar Water Distillation”. The same commitment and passion continued through my education at DMIETR, Wardha. The enhanced resources and experienced faculties help me thoroughly to understand the structure of innovation for social development. Here I worked on the project “pedal operated water pump” that provides free water to the marginalized farmers in drought-prone areas. Belonging from a rural part of the Wardha district of Maharashtra I had great exposure to inferior water, sanitation, and hygiene. Besides, also as a victim of a drought-prone zone, the problems related to WASH are severe, and the Gender & Caste-based discrimination and social constraints bolster this issue. To add values and expertise in the social sector I joined PGD-WASH at Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Tuljapur, which enlightened me with the theories and intensively helped me with the field-based experience which equipped me with the problem-solving attitude and built confidence in tackling the issues.While working with UNICEF, Tata Trusts, and Nalanda for the past five years, I developed my critical understanding of the sectors like WASH, Environment, Education, Development, and other multidisciplinary approaches. I am a data enthusiast and currently focusing on data analytics for social development. I believe in learning is a lifelong process and I am constantly updating myself with fresh learning opportunities.I enjoyed traveling, meeting new people, and hearing new perspectives.
