Hello!I am Rahul PawarAnd i am 24-year old with a goal oriented Mechanical engineer in Automobile industry.I started 2020 this journey in automobile field and then to today i am working with 3-4 organization in there small scale and high scale also and then i realise continue improvement in our skill knowledge and field is more important to sustain in this highly competitive market.A Competent dynamic professional with around 3.5 years experience in the Automotive industry in Incoming quality, process quality, Customer quality, new product & vendor development. well knowledge of transmission and transaxle assembly line and field complaint and warranty complaint. also currently working with Mahindra and Mahindra group in plant drive line team where new Product reliability and durability testing done of all transmission and transaxle in montly basis.• Experience in quality tools such as PPAP, FMEA, APQP, SPC, MSA, 5S, & Problem-Solving Techniques.• Experience in planning & conducting internal process audit.• Handling Customer Compliant and finding RCA and solve it and prepare 8D Report. • To plan a yearly based audit and conduct with daily bases.• Conduct Layout Audit, Process Audit, Product Audit and Dock Audit • In Process Audit to find NC and clear on time and also improvement on it• In Process audit verify all documents as per standard IATF 16949 and ISO9001• Verify and prepare control plan and other QA documents• Proper Knowledge and handling geometric instruments for preparing layout reports. • Conduct meeting on shop floor and training and awareness given to operators about 5S Customer Compliant, Process work
