And also handle the problem which comes during the production. • Responsible for designing press tool for forged components in hot condition for external tooling• Coordinating with tool room for in order to complete the desired task in scheduled time and also handle the problem which comes during the manufacturing of the tool or during the trial.• Assists in the development of complex tool and equipment concepts and alternatives• Provides suggestions to manufacturing engineering for process improvements. • Participates in design reviews to identify production related issues and makes recommendations for process improvements for quality product output• Dealing with customer for external tool trail.• Planning, analyzing, executing& coordinating with the concerned person regarding development of new components.• Feasibility study of the new received developments and conducting costing for the same.• Assist Product Development team with new product designs• Core team leader of cross-functional team.• Conducting the all type of audits (IATF 16949 2016 related audits, all customer audits and also supplier audit) • Preparing and maintaining all type of Quality related documents like APQP PPAP MSA SPC, all type of IATF 16949 2016 related documents and production related documents• KAIZEN activities in the plan
