• Working directly with VMware talent acquisition to find resources to support VMware ecosystem throughout US and Canada with several end clients using VMware infrastructure.• Learning and understanding multiple VMware tools and software products like VMware NSX, Horizon View, VCF (VMware cloud foundation), vRealize suit, vRA, vRO, vROPS, vSAN, VMWare Tanzu, CB protection (Carbon Black), WS1 etc. • Handling full life cycle Recruiting activities for US to include; Posting Positions, Pre-screening & Interviewing candidates over the phone, obtaining leads and reference checking, client interview arrangements, closing and offer preparation.• Responsible for closures of professionals into both contract and permanent employment opportunities.• Developing and maintaining a network to assist in identifying and sourcing qualified candidates.• Network and maintain relationships with key candidate communities for short and/or long term opportunities.• Recruiting experienced candidates related to varied skills and technologies.• Create and maintain a custom database of candidate contacts and job requisitions from open to close.• Posting and maintaining jobs online.• Pre-interview preparation and post-interview follow-up.• Extensively worked on negotiating of rates on W2/C2C/Annual Salary.
